I’ve been going to Ella for just under a year. I confess I can be quite picky but Ella and Chelsea are amazing, patient and so friendly. I can tell Ella goes above and beyond to make sure my nails are perfect. Down to the right nail tips, thickness of the nails, shape and any colours or patterns I may want. I’ve noticed she even remembers certain details that make me really happy. She takes the time to go over ideas with me if I’m thinking of trying something new. I’m always offered a drink, coffee or a coke. It’s rare to get such great customer service and I just want to thank them for always going above and beyond. It’s noticed and appreciated. I have been going here for almost a year now , the staff incredibly hard working and kind . They always ensure that they are providing the best service possible and make sure that they are being cautious with your nails and the design you want . I highly recommend them

I have never worn Acrylics before but I love them, I needed polished nails for filming at work and honestly I’m really happy with my experience here, the lady I saw was really helpful. I’ll be back for sure. The only thing I would say is they don’t take card (which I find weird but maybe a UK thing) so make sure to take cash money with you or it will be a bit of a headache.- Services

Absolutely love this place! I came in for a pedicure, and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is so calming, and the staff is professional and friendly. They really take their time to ensure every detail is perfect. My feet feel so smooth, and the nail polish is flawless. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. If you want a relaxing and luxurious nail experience, this is the spot!

One of the best nail salons I have been to in a long time. It hasn't been open that long compared to others on Queen's Road but in my experience is the best in terms of staff friendliness, general hygiene, customer service and overall vibe. The staff are very attentive and thorough, taking a lot of pride in their work. The pedicure chairs are super comfy, the staff were meticulous about cleaning the pedicure equipment and it was a nice bonus to be offered a hot drink too! I called up for a last minute appointment and they made an effort to fit me in (even on a weekend) despite being quite busy that day. In the past I've called other local salons for last minute appointments before and they've been quite unfriendly but this place is so much better! Looking forward to going back there soon.The Nail Spa Essex is the nail shop we've all been waiting for, such lovely people very friendly and great at their craft. It was nice getting to know them and I'm looking forward to going back. A special thanks to Michael for my relaxing pedicure I'm really happy with the service I received. 😊

I went to the nail spa for the first time this morning. They where amazing and my nails are beautiful. The attention to detail is brilliant. They are all so friendly, offered me and hot drink and also accommodated my little girl to sit with me. Defiantly recommended.

first time using the nail spa and I have been to many nail salons and this one by far is going to be my NEW and FAVOURITE. so gentle with my hands and paid such attention to detail I cannot stop staring at how beautiful my nails look. I live in kent but whenever I am due my nails next I will 100% make the trip down to get them done 🤎🤎🤎.

Friendly staff. Nice saloon, clean, and presentable. They were able to design my nails, as shown by my daughter on social media. Great job done. Highly recommend a visit.
Had a gel manicure and pedicure, and even after over 2 weeks, with my toes rubbing in my trainers and being on sandy beaches, my nails still look perfect. The team are so welcoming, friendly and professional. I had some great chats with my manicurist! 10/10.
I visited here for the first time today for SNS and design on my hands and a luxury pedicure. I was blown away by the skill and efficiency of the staff and it was such a clean environment compared to other places. I’ll definitely be going here instead of my usual local salon even though it’s a bit of a drive away - it’s worth it!
